Lovely open concept, 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath home, can sleep 8. Home overlooks the marsh in a private gated community.
Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped for eating in or for those who want to venture out there are great local “dives” to fine dining restaurants in the area, Washer and dryer are available.
Home has a screened in porch (west) and an open deck over looking the marsh and St. Helena Sound (east) where guests can view gorgeous sunrise/sunsets. The master bedroom has a king bed, the other 2 bedrooms have a queen and twin bed each. All of the bedrooms have an attached bathroom and large flat screen TV. Bed and bath linens are included.
The living area has comfortable seating and another large flat screen Fire TV.
The beach and community pool w/exercise facility are a 5 minute golf cart ride away. House has internet access and cable. A 6 passenger golf cart is available for guests to use and bike rentals are available in the area. Hunting State Park is 2 miles away where guests can enjoy swimming, hiking and area wildlife.
No smoking, no pets, home is fragrance fee. Fragrance free laundry soap and fabric softener will be provided.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
