The Master Suite includes a large king bed with a new mattress and panoramic, breathtaking marsh and ocean views. The Guest Suite is located down the hall, with its own private bath, and has comfortable queen and twin beds with powered/charging nightstands. Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.
