This oceanfront condo has room for four on the private, gated Harbor Island offering miles of pristine, private beach access! This will be your home away from home with a fully furnished kitchen, a large living/dining area with multiple windows, and a huge sliding glass door offering spectacular ocean views. This is an end unit on the bottom floor, allowing you to step off the private back deck and directly onto the boardwalk to access the beach day or night to watch the sea turtles, dolphins, boats, birds, swim, etc. This unit has the closest location to the nearest pool and BBQ/picnic area. We offer all the amenities of Harbor Island which include access to three swimming pools, a kiddie pool, tennis, volleyball, a half basketball court, pickleball courts, fitness/weight rooms, playgrounds, and bike rentals right on the island. You're also able to enjoy fishing and crabbing in designated areas on the island. There are multiple food options located near this condo, or just over the famous swing bridge in Beaufort. Purchasing fresh fish from the Gay Fish Company is also a favorite option to enjoy while watching the sunset over the ocean from the dining area on the deck.
The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.
