This reverse floor plan has spectacular views of the ocean and the canal, which has a floating dock perfect for crabbing and boat access to the creek. The upstairs has a large open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, 2 wall ovens, 1 steam oven, and a pot filler over the 6-burner gas stove. The dining area, including the kitchen counter stools, seats 20 and is open to the living room, where you can walk out to a large screened porch, with outdoor dining table and couches, and view the canal.
