This Harbour Key property sits amongst a natural sanctuary of birds, lagoons, and tidal waters. A peaceful retreat with warm coastal décor, big tidal views, and breathtaking sunsets via separate balconies that span the width of the house.
Fully equipped kitchen. Charcoal Grill, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, hairdryer, bed/bath linens and a variety of housekeeping items.Kitchen balcony has barstool chairs and 2 built in tables.
3 BR’s that sleep 6; 2 queens and 2 extra-long twin beds. There are 2.5 baths. Central A/C plus ceiling fans throughout for added comfort. You can access Harbor Island amenities. Drive over to the private beach, fitness room and pool. Enjoy pickle-ball, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Separate golf chipping/pitching area outside play courts.
The Harbor Island pool is open April 1- November 1.
No pets and no smoking please.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties!

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.
