Zoggy’s Retreat…….Your rental includes amenity cards for up to 6 people (a value of $300)!! Make this three (3) bedroom/two and a half bath (2.5) home your home away from home on beautiful Fripp Island. Take in views of the golf course and the Atlantic Ocean from the front porch. Sleeps 9.
This home is located on quiet Porpoise Circle just off of Porpoise Road and is a short golf cart ride to several beach access points (1A-8).
Recently painted and furnished in coastal décor and muted tones, this warm and inviting home is only minutes from the beach via Golf Cart. The screened in back patio and open deck along with the covered front porch allows for enjoying the cool evenings on Fripp and taking in the fresh sea breezes. Additional upgrades have been made in 2021 to include a new HVAC system, new dishwasher and new bathroom/kitchen fixtures.
The main level of the home offers a spacious living room with seating for nine (9) and a 65” smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4, half bath, dining room with seating for 6, access to the open back deck and a screened in porch (both with seating). Living room has single sleeper convertible chair.
The upper level offers a master bedroom with king bed, walk in closet, 36” TV (with streaming svc), private bathroom with two (2) sinks, stall shower and a large soaker tub. There are two (2) additional bedrooms with one (1) queen bed and two (2) full size beds. A second bathroom with tub/shower combination and single sink.
Bed and bath linens are provided with the rental.
***Recent updates for 2023 include: New washer, dryer, range/oven, lending library, spice rack, several small kitchen appliances and a 6-passenger golf cart***
A six (6) passenger Golf Cart is available for rental with property. Please inquire about pricing. Golf carts are a great way to get around the island.
“Your rental includes amenity cards for up to 6 people (a value of $300); a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to have amenity cards. Additional cards are available for purchase if desired. Fripp Island Resort's Club amenity cards allow guests to access the racquet club, golf courses, pools, rent water sports equipment and dine in the various restaurants on the island.
Additional guest amenity cards are offered as follows: Memorial Day-Labor Day: $50/person (4-7 day), $35/person (1-4 day); Fall, Winter, and Spring: $35/person (4-7 day), $25/person (1-4 day). Each guest over the age of 12 must have in their possession an amenity card to use the resort facilities.
Please note, Guests do not have to buy amenity cards! You can enjoy the beach, the bike paths, and the shops without an amenity card. There are many wonderful restaurants, golf courses, bike rentals, golf cart rentals, and tennis courts off of the island. Please check with us or the Beaufort, South Carolina Chamber of Commerce for more information.”
