There are three pools, including a kiddie pool (open seasonally), an exercise room, large expanse of beach straight out your door, a playground, basketball and tennis courts, and more! This condo has two bedrooms upstairs (one with expansive views of the ocean). Go for nature hikes, paddle board, kayak and more. Right down the road from a state park.
Two bedrooms upstairs: One queen with Oceanfront view and one with two twin beds. Two full bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, and the half bathroom.
Harbor Island, South Carolina is a private barrier sea island that offers two and a half miles of pristine beach. The Island is a private gated community and is a hidden gem of quiet oceanfront on the East Coast.
You will get access to the Harbor Island Beach and Racquet Club amenities which include 3 swimming pools and a Kiddie pool (open April - October), tennis courts, basketball court, golf chipping green, sand volleyball court, playground, shuffleboard, and a fitness center. Harbor Island also has several fishing and crabbing docks for guest use.
The community pools on Harbor Island are open from April 1 - October 31st.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No parties or events!
** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property.**Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change.
