The kitchen boasts brand new appliances and countertops. A stacking washer/dryer is located off the kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats 4.
*Please be advised that there is a flight of steps on the ground floor with access to the first floor.*
In addition to the two community pools close by, this home offers free access to the Harbor Island Beach & Racquet Club which includes a large resort pool, kiddie pool, a playground, sand volleyball, 2 tennis courts, pickleball courts and a fitness center. Harbor also has numerous great spots to fish. Resort pools are open April 1-Nov 1.
