This recently remodeled Harbor Island get-away overlooks the unique salt marsh ecosystem with boardwalks leading directly to a serene 2 1/2 mile stretch of pristine white sand bordering the Atlantic coast.  

This fully stocked two-bedroom, two and one-half bath condo in Harbor Island's Cedar Reef Villas was remodeled in January 2021, with new cabinets, granite countertops, flooring, and appliances.  Enjoy Atlantic Ocean views from your private deck, the main living area, or the master bedroom.  You can often see dolphins playing in the water, and you can always spot a shrimp boat or two.  The open floor plan includes spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms and closets. The upstairs master bedroom/bathroom has a new beautifully tiled walk-in shower and a new luxury king-size bed; while the guestroom offers a double and twin bed. The house includes bed linens, kitchen cookware, and TV's in the living room and both bedrooms.  This condo also overlooks the Cedar Reef pool, and you can find additional amenities at the Beach and Racket Club located nearby which includes; pool, exercise facilities, volleyball, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. 

Harbor Island is a beautiful, gated community located in the Lowcountry of the Carolina Sea Islands (near Hilton Head, Savannah, and Charleston). The natural beauty is incredible with Spanish moss-draped live oak trees and lush palmetto trees surrounding glistening marshes. This gated community has 24-hour security and boasts of 2 ½ miles of pristine, private white sandy beaches that are uncrowded and perfect for any family getaway. Water sports of all kinds are available in this area include kayaking, fishing off the beach, and crabbing from the tidal creeks.

We are located 14 miles east of historic downtown Beaufort, SC and Paris Island. The Lowcountry area of SC has been the backdrop to many prominent feature films including Forest Gump, The Big Chill, and The Prince of Tides. The Beach Club of Harbor Island has an Olympic-size pool and workout facility. Other Harbor Island amenities included with the rental are two more pools, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, basketball court, and of course the BEACH! The lighthouse and beach at Hunting Island State Park is less than a mile from the gate at Harbor Island and we include a Hunting Island State Park pass.

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Parking spaces are unassigned for Cedar Reef Villas **Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.
