Thank you for taking the time to look at our condo. Our two-story condo (2nd and 3rd floors) has views of the pool and the ocean. It has two bedrooms on the third floor (top floor). One bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. Each bedroom has a full bath. There is also a 1/2 bathroom on the living floor.
We provide all linens, bedding, towels, and a fully-equipped kitchen. We also provide free cable t.v., free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a coffee maker, a Keurig, and a blender. Each bedroom has a 40-inch television. The living room has a 55-inch television. There is no land-line phone so a cell phone is a must.
Our condo is a 3-minute walk to the ocean. There are also 4 pools for you and your family to enjoy. The first pool is directly behind our building has a depth of 3 ft.-8 ft. The second pool is the Community Association Pool has a depth of 3 ft.-6 ft. and is a two-minute walk from our condo.
The third location is the Beach and Racket Club and has two pools. The first pool has a depth of 3 ft.-8 ft and a baby pool 1 ft-1/2 ft. deep. The Beach and Racket Clus is a 5-minute walk from our condo. The Harbor Island pools are open from April 1 - November 1.
At the Beach and Racquet Club you can rent bicycles, play volleyball, go to the fitness center, check out tennis rackets or a basketball for a game at the nearby courts or play on the playground. Harbor Island also offers you the opportunity to go crabbing, fishing on the dock, and practice your golf at a couple of holes.
Harbor Island is a gated community with 24/7 hour security. It boasts 2.5 miles of white sandy beach and untouched dunes. We are located 14 miles East of historic downtown Beaufort, SC and Parris Island. Historic downtown Beaufort is a must see.
The City of Beaufort has many boutiques and restaurants. You can take a horse-drawn carriage tour under the moss covered live oaks past breathtaking antebellum homes, historic churches, and movie sites. The Waterfront Park in Beaufort, which provides dining with a view of the river, is a must.
In addition, Park Johnson Creek Tavern is 1 mile from the condo and provides local seafood and indoor and outdoor seating. The Shrimp Shack featured in Coastal Living is 3 miles from the condo and is open for lunch only. We have 2 nearby grocery stores: Publix and Walmart.
Hunting Island State Park is 2 miles south of the condo and is a favorite attraction. The Hunting Island lighthouse was constructed in 1859 and re-built in 1875 after the Civil War. 167 steps will take you to the top for a fabulous view. Hunting Island State Park also offers 5 miles of beach, great trails to run or walk, a nature center and picnic shelter.
The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $20.00; 2 nights $30.00; 3 nights $40.00; 4 nights $50.00; 5 nights $60.00; 6 nights $70.00; 7 nights $80.00; 8-14 nights $105.00; 15-21 nights $130.00; 22-30 nights $155.00; 31-90 nights $175.00; 91-365 nights $200.00.
