You are welcomed by an open floor plan and a stunning, unobstructed ocean view throughout the main living area. A sleek, stylish kitchen boasts gorgeous, waterfall quartz countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The dining area has both a 3 seat breakfast bar and table that comfortably seats 4 people. The living room has a flat screen TV and plenty of games to entertain family or friends and you can take in the sweeping views from the private deck morning, noon or night. There is a powder room on the first floor, a stacking washer/dryer for your convenience and plank tile floors throughout.
On the second level, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, each with full en-suite bathrooms, modern closets and flat screen TVs with Blu-ray players. The master bedroom has a king size bed and every morning you’ll awake to the most beautiful sunrise on the beach. The second bedroom is bright, roomy and has 2 twin beds. Bath & bed linens are provided, but remember to pack your beach towels and chairs.
Your stay at Sea, Salt & Sand includes access to the fitness center, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and the neighborhood crabbing/fishing dock. There are also two condominium complex pools which are steps outside the door and the Olympic size and children’s pools are just a short walk to the Beach & Racquet Club. The pools are typically open April 1 - October 31. Bike racks are located throughout the condominium complex parking lots as well as the Beach & Racquet Club lot. Whatever you choose, at Sea, Salt & Sand, we want you to enjoy your stay, leave your footprints in the sand and get swept away by the beauty of the coastal southern Low Country.
Please note, our condo has a STRICT 4 person MAXimum, NO pets, NO smoking policy and bicycles are not permitted inside our condominium unit. There is a Ring Doorbell. The unit is 2 levels and located on the second floor should any guests have difficulty with stairs. This is our second home and we put tremendous effort into making it as enjoyable and comfortable for you during your visit to Harbor Island.
