PRIVATE OCEANFRONT RETREAT –

 

Enjoy the breath-taking unobstructed sights, sounds, and scents of the Atlantic Ocean from practically every room in this newly renovated two-story condo. There are many condos on Harbor Island, but very few have this kind of view. Not just from the deck (which was rebuilt in 2019 and newly furnished in 2022), but from the living room, the main bedroom, the dining room, and elsewhere throughout the condo.

 

Attention to detail is evident throughout this cozy little “coastal cottage” in the new furnishings, the décor, and the appliances. The owners of K210 consider this their home away from home so they take special care to make sure that every detail is considered. They love to share their “little slice of heaven” with their guests.  

  • The kitchen was remodeled in 2018 with new cabinets, countertops, and flooring. The LG Washer and Dryer were updated in 2021 and the LG dishwasher in 2023. The hosts have added a Keurig and a Margaritaville mixer to make it a little easier to relax!
  • The living room was remodeled in 2021 and has a new 65” LG 4k Smart TV. The queen size sleep sofa has a new comfy memory foam mattress and sleeper mechanism.  USB charging stations can be found throughout. 
  • The main bedroom that overlooks the ocean was remodeled in 2021 and includes two spacious armoires and a gorgeous king size sleigh bed. The bathroom, which is off the bedroom, was totally remodeled in 2021 with brick-looking tile walls and Kohler fixtures.
  • The front bedroom boasts a new Queen-sized bed (2022) and bedding as well as a twin-sized bed. 
  • Linens, some toiletries, and cleaning supplies are provided. There are many other updates including a new hot water heater (2021), updated bedroom doors (2022), hurricane rated sliding doors and windows (2023), Kohler comfort-height toilets, and much more.

If you get tired of relaxing on the private deck overlooking the dunes and ocean, you can take a short walk to enjoy the 2 ½ mile stretch of secluded beach. Or perhaps you can use some of the Harbor Island amenities like one of three well-maintained swimming pools (in season), tennis and basketball courts, or their fitness room.

 

Everywhere you go, nature abounds. You can go boating, fishing, crabbing, hiking, or exploring. Or you can take a short drive and go to the Hunting Island State Park and Lighthouse (3.7 mi), historic Beaufort with its quaint shops and waterfront park (15.8 mi), historic Port Royal (18.1 mi), Parris Island (23.6 mi), Hilton Head (50 mi), Savannah GA (58 mi), Charleston (86 mi).

 

***Please Note this condo is located on the second floor and third floor. While it allows for breathtaking views, it does require that our guests must be able to climb quite a few stairs.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties!

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.
 

** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned for Cedar Reef Villas **
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.
