The Space:
Our Beach House Ocean Villa is a charming one-bedroom end unit condo on the second floor,
fully equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay. Whether you're seeking a solo
retreat, a getaway with a friend, or a romantic weekend by the beach, this condo is your perfect
sanctuary.
Bedroom
Enjoy a luxurious king-size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, an attached full
bathroom, and a ceiling fan for your comfort. Let the ocean breeze flow through the window,
filling the room with light and tranquility.
Living Room
Relax on the sofa, which converts into a queen-size pullout bed, perfect for
additional guests.
Kitchen
Cook up a storm in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the gadgets,
utensils, and cookware you need. Enjoy your morning coffee from the standard coffee maker or
Keurig machine on the peaceful screened-in porch, watching the sun rise over the water.

The building features an elevator – the only one on the island – with just 10 steps to reach the
first floor. The elevator is NOT handicap accessible as there are steps to get to the elevator. A complimentary gate pass is included with your stay, giving you access to this private
island paradise.
** Please note there is enough parking for up to 1 vehicle at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned**
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass.
