Please note that while our vacation homes offer full access to the natural beauty of the island, including beach access and golf cart rentals, certain recreational amenities—such as the golf courses, pools, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, and the marina—require the purchase of an additional Amenity Card.
Amenity Cards are not included in the rental price and must be arranged separately. Guests are welcome to enjoy the island without an Amenity Card, as all homes come equipped with essential comforts and direct access to beaches and nature.

Weekly Card (5-8 days)/ August 31 – December 31- $39 – Four-Day Card (1-4 days) – $28
Weekly Card (5-8 days)/ November 1 – March 31- $39 – Four-Day Card (1-4 days) – $28
If you opt to purchase amenity cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add amenity cards.
