Golf Cart Parking Guidelines

Rental Cart Parking Decal Program

Effective April 1, 2025, all rental golf carts not rented directly through Fripp Island Resort must display a valid FIR (Fripp Island Resort) parking decal to park in designated Resort-owned lots.

• This decal program does not apply to golf carts owned by members or their rental guests for personal use.
• Rental cart companies are responsible for obtaining parking decals for their carts.

Authorized Rental Companies

Only golf carts rented from the following companies are permitted to park in Resort-owned lots:

• ✅ Fripp Island Resort Carts
• ✅ Beaufort Carts
• ✅ Island Golf Cart Rental
• ✅ Sutcliffe Carts
• ✅ Island Spirit Carts
• ✅ Full Tilt Carts

Carts from these companies will display a parking decal for easy identification. Fripp Island Resort rental carts do not require a decal.

Restricted Parking Areas

Unauthorized rental carts are not permitted to park in the following Resort-owned locations:

• 🚫 Beach Club
• 🚫 Racquet Club
• 🚫 Cabana Club
• 🚫 The Nature Center
• 🚫 Creekhouse
• 🚫 Wardle’s Landing
• 🚫 Portions of the Marina Village (after 5 PM)
• 🚫 Ocean Creek Golf Course
• 🚫 Ocean Point Golf Course
• 🚫 Ocean Point Pool

This list is subject to change based on operational needs.
